Our Quality Policy

Artex is dedicated to providing and continually improving products and processes that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers.

Quality Management System (QMS)

All of Artex's activities are subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) oversight and periodic audit under the Federal Aviation Regulations (F.A.Rs).  The Artex QMS is documented in a Quality Manual and procedures that are approved by the FAA.  Artex ELT products are approved by the FAA to Technical Standard Order (TSO) C-126, and to the corresponding European qualification -  ETSO 2C126.  To better serve our customers Artex operates a FAR-145 approved Repair Station, subject to separate FAA approval and oversight.

To meet the requirements of our OEM-Customers, Artex has registered its QMS to the international quality system standards AS9100 (Aerospace) and ISO-9001. Artex's Registrar is SAI-Global Inc., which is accredited to ANAB in the United States and is listed in the IAQG's OASIS database.
